What to know before you request to rent the space. Fill out our rental request form, and we’ll follow up with availability and next steps.

Living Room is best suited for intimate, intentional gatherings and like workshops, small gatherings, readings, creative sessions, and community conversations. If your idea feels aligned with us, we’d love to hear it.

We can seat around 35 people across our tables and lounge area. For more casual, standing-style events, the space can hold up to 50 people.

Rentals are flexible based on your needs, with a 2-hour minimum. We include up to an hour on either end for setup and cleanup in the quote.

Tables and chairs, a flexible layout, and a calm, welcoming space. You can also add Art Library access for shared materials.

Yes. Outside food and nonalcoholic drinks are welcome. We handle any exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Each booking should have a clear point person responsible for guests, timing, and communication.

Yes. You’ll be responsible for promoting your event and bringing your audience. We’re sometimes able to share or amplify events, but it’s not guaranteed.

You’re welcome to move things around to fit your event. At the end, we ask that the space is returned to its original layout and cleared of any trash or belongings. A detailed checklist will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

A few things aren’t allowed in the space, including open flame, smoking or incense, anything attached to the walls, and materials like glitter or confetti. We’ll share full guidelines once your booking is confirmed.

Living Room is located on the second floor and is currently only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator or step-free entry. We recommend sharing this with your guests ahead of time.
