what kind of events can I host at living room?

Living Room is best suited for intimate, intentional gatherings and like workshops, small gatherings, readings, creative sessions, and community conversations. If your idea feels aligned with us, we’d love to hear it.


how many people can the space hold?

We can seat around 35 people between tables and our lounge area. For more casual, standing-style events, the space can hold up to 50 people.


Rentals are flexible based on your needs, with a 2-hour minimum. We include up to an hour on either end for setup and cleanup in the quote.

who is responsible during the event?

Each rental should have a clear host or point person.

Hosts are responsible for:

  • Their guests

  • Keeping the event within the agreed time

  • Sharing any relevant guidelines with attendees, including how to get to the space.

Yes. Outside food and nonalcoholic drinks are welcome. We handle any exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

do i need to promote my event?

Yes. Hosts are responsible for promoting and filling their event. We’re sometimes able to share or amplify events, but it’s not guaranteed.


how does setup & cleanup work?

You’re welcome to move things around to fit your event.

We ask that you:

  • Return the space to its original layout

  • Take your trash and belongings when you leave 

  • Leave the space ready for the next group

If you’re unsure about anything, just ask.


what isn’t allowed in the space?

  • No glitter or confetti

  • No smoking or vaping


is the space accessible?

Living Room is located on the second floor and is currently accessible only. We recommend sharing this with your guests ahead of time. Feel free to reach out with any questions about the space.
