KIDS CLASS
together in music
Together in Music is an interactive music and movement class where young children and their caregivers explore, create, and connect through music in a fun and nurturing environment. Drawing from my background in music therapy and music education, each class is designed to foster creativity while supporting early social and emotional development.
Throughout each session, children will explore playing a variety of instruments, sing, dance, move to music, participate in rhythm activities, and engage in musical play. Through these experiences, children will build early social and emotional skills, including self-expression, confidence, emotional awareness, communication, and connection with others in a playful and supportive setting.
Children will have opportunities to play a variety of instruments, such as shakers and other percussion instruments, as well as sensory musical instruments that encourage exploration through sound, movement, and touch.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to remain with their child throughout the workshop and actively participate in the activities. Singing, dancing, and making music together helps strengthen the parent-child bond while providing support and creating meaningful shared experiences both in and outside of class.
